An enthusiastic crowd welcomed the awarding of Toastmaster of the Year 2016 to Shelley Cramm yesterday. 
The award set the meeting’s tone of leadership quality, personal growth and unselfish service — which Shelley demonstrated throughout 2016. Shown delivering the award is John Arnott, DTM – the 2015 Toastmaster of the Year.
